The mission of the SHARC Center is to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV transmission among the diverse range of populations affected by substance abuse, mental health, and HIV infection in the state of Florida. To accomplish this mission, the SHARC Center will foster transnational, interdisciplinary research by providing research infrastructure, training, and service.
