| Mission: | To advance knowledge that has direct relevance for protecting and improving the health of individuals and populations, with particular attention to health disparities. The goals of this research are to improve the effectiveness of personal healthcare and public health interventions. This research is interdisciplinary requiring expertise of clinicians, epidemiologists, biostatisticians, and social scientists. The Center will facilitate investigator-initiated research through interdepartmental collaborations, education and training, and service. |
