In celebration of National Inventors Day, Matthew Dombrowski, creative director of Limbitless Solutions at UCF, credited candor as a source of innovation in his lab. Limbitless solutions is dedicated to empowering individuals (especially children) through expressive bionic limbs.

“It isn’t anyone’s place to dictate to someone with a disability what they should or should not do. So, we always say we’re more of a microphone. Our goal is to amplify. And creativity is what allows us to amplify the needs and wants of people with disabilities,” said Dombrowski.
