CIMES recently delivered 12 interactive training modules to the Florida Department of Transportation (DOT). The delivery was the culmination of Phase II of a multi-phase project in which CIMES is developing extensive training for DOT Roadway Characteristics Inventory (RCI) Technicians.
This web-based training includes task-centered, scenario-based, multi-media modules and lessons using 3-D characters, animation, and simulation. The modules provide an interactive learning environment based on activities typically conducted by RCI Technicians on the job.
