The Institute links the resources of Florida's state universities and community colleges with those of state government and business to forge a network of partnerships with Brazilian educational, government, and private sector institutions in pursuit of economic development goals. This network serves interest groups in Florida and in Brazil by providing opportunities for education and training as well as for activities related to trade and business promotion, cooperative research, technical assistance, education, and cultural exchange.
