The Tampa Bay Craniofacial Center is a community volunteer collaboration of allied health professionals whose transdisciplinary practice provides a setting for teaching, research, and service to interested faculty in Surgery, Nursing, Pediatrics, Genetics, Orthodontia, Audiology, and Speech-Language Pathology. At the Center patients of all ages with congenital or acquired dysmorphologies of the head and face are seen for evaluation and treatment. A basic team of five professionals and fourteen additional consultants provide comprehensive management of patient care including diagnosis, intervention, follow-up, referral and consultative interaction with primary care providers. Family education and counseling are incorporated to assure development of maximum potential in each patient.
