The Institute for High Energy Physics and Astrophysics (IHEPA) supports experimental research in High Energy Physics and Astrophysics. Although the theoretical frontiers of these two research areas are already closely connected, we believe that research in a variety of experimental disciplines is needed to address fundamental questions in these fields. We intend for the Institute to draw together, and to provide a supportive environment for, faculty with strong interests in these and related disciplines.
