1) Be a center for research by initiating faculty research and by collaborating with other researchers, using statistics faculty and students to provide statistical support for research projects. 2) Be a center for the dissemination of statistical expertise and knowledge throughout Northeast Florida, through the consultant model. 3) Enhance undergraduate and graduate education by involving both graduate and undergraduate students in research and consulting with business and industry as well as within the university.
