The Ancient Studies Center of the Department of History will provide, through the programs it sponsors, enrichment opportunities for the students and faculty of the ancient history program. The ASC will support programs and projects that enhance the learning environment for our faculty and students. Enhancements include (but are not limited to) lecture honoraria and hospitality expenses, small research and travel grants to faculty and students, book purchases for the Garcia Library, equipment and materials utilized by the ancient history program, etc.
