The Center conducts research on the application of behavioral science to issues relevant to individual performance, effectiveness, and well being in organizations. The Center's goal is to contribute to both the science and practice of human resource management and organizational behavior. It conducts research on topics that lead to a better understanding of principles governing individual work behavior and organizational processes, such as human resources staffing, job attitudes, leadership, team processes, and employee development. |
