Biography
I am an Instructional Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Engineering Education and an Affiliate Instructional Associate Professor in the Computer and Information Science and Engineering Department, Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, University of Florida. I teach Data Structures & Algorithms, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and CS1 courses. My research interests include Computing Education, Informal Learning Environments, Employability, Agency and Identity Formation. Currently, my work focuses on understanding agency formation in formal, non-formal, and informal learning spaces. I direct the Grasshopper Lab at the University of Florida.
