Greg Erickson of FSU is featured in a new documentary by NOVA called “Alaskan Dinosaurs.” The documentary showcases Erickson using snow machines to access dinosaur sites in the Arctic and extracting fossils frozen in the Alaskan permafrost.

“Our work in Alaska yielded a lot of fascinating questions and answers about dinosaurs. Our findings show that dinosaurs were definitely warm-blooded animals. They somehow endured harsh, snowbound, lightless, polar winters,” said Erickson.
