Training Aims to Support Heart Health in Underserved Communities

UCF researchers Desiree Diaz and Reshawna Chapple are spearheading a project to educate the next generation of nurses, nurse practitioners, and social workers to promote the heart health of individuals living in medically underserved communities through person-to-person connections.
