The UWF Center for Cybersecurity has been selected by the National Security Agency National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity Program to lead the National Cybersecurity Workforce Development Task Force, says UWF’s Eman El-Sheikh.
The group will develop a National Cybersecurity Workforce Development model based on best practices, industry input, employable competencies, and stackable credentials. The program will include approximately 50 NCAE-C designated institutions across the country and provide education and professional development to help learners launch or advance cybersecurity careers.
